Cancellation Policy

One-Time Orders
Orders begin processing immediately during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PT). We are unable to guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted. If you need to cancel, contact hello@verityclinical.com immediately and we will do our best to stop the shipment before it leaves. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date with no penalty. Log into your account and manage your subscription under Account > Subscriptions, or email hello@verityclinical.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancellations requested after a renewal has already processed will take effect at the following billing cycle.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If we are able to stop your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 business days. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Refund Policy.
