Return window: 90 calendar days from your delivery date.

Any reason, any condition: Opened, used, unopened. Return for any reason.

Full refund: 100% refunded to your original payment method.

No restocking fees: We do not restock or resell returned product and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping: You cover return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

How to Return

Email hello@verityclinical.com with the subject line:
"Return Request, [Your Order Number]"

Include your full name and order number. Do not ship yet.

We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return address and packing instructions. Use that address only.

Ship your item back using any courier. Trackable shipping is preferred as refunds cannot be issued for lost packages.

Refunds

Once received, you will get an email confirmation and a full refund to your original payment method. Processing takes 2 to 7 business days plus bank time.
