Return window: You’ve got 90 calendar days from your delivery date to start a return.

Any reason, any condition: Opened, used, unopened—doesn’t matter. Return for any reason.

Full refund: We refund 100% to your original payment method.

No restocking, no restocking fees: We do not restock/resell returned product, and we don’t charge a restocking fee.

Shipping: You cover return shipping. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable because we have free shipping.

How to Return

Email hello@verityskin.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – [Your Order Number].”
Include your full name and order number. (Don’t ship yet.)

We’ll reply in 1–2 business days with the return address and quick packing steps. Use that address only.

Ship your item back—any courier, trackable preferred (refunds can’t be issued for lost packages).
